Ask a Teacher, from TVOntario, the "ultimate online destination for homework help". 

Test Anxiety and Perfectionism are two of the many self-help brochures available from the Counseling Center at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Test taking and Exam Preparation from Campusaccess.com are brief but useful.

Learning Strategies Database from Muskingum College Center for Advancement of Learning is a very comprehensive site with sections on time management, test preparation, motivation, notetaking and a whole lot more. 

The Student Achievement Series from the Centre for Student Development at McMaster University includes articles on Succeeding in Tests and Exams, Exam Anxiety, and Concentration and Memory.

The online Study Skills Library at Cal Poly in California contains some great study skills materials.

Study Skills, from the Indiana Career and Postsecondary Advancement Center is a great site for secondary school students. It includes sections on Improving Your Math Skills, How to do Well on Objective Tests, Test Anxiety, and How to Manage your Time.
